At (& pieces), we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order furniture that meets your expectations. Please review our return and exchange policy to understand the terms for modifying, canceling, or replacing your order.
Made-to-Order Items:
- Order Modifications: All our pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, you have 48 hours to make any changes related to the style or finish. After this period, no further modifications can be made.
- Non-Refundable: Made-to-order items cannot be refunded once the order is confirmed.
Replacement Policy:
- Manufacturing Defects: Furniture products are eligible for replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects. If you identify a defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
- Responsibility for Damages: If a replacement request is not submitted within 24 hours of delivery, (& pieces) will not be responsible for any damage or broken items reported afterward.
Customized Pieces:
- Order Modifications: For customized pieces, you have 48 hours to change the style, finish, or dimensions after placing your order.
- Order Cancellations: You may completely cancel your customized order within the first 48 hours. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized nature of customized orders, they are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
